How to Move Outlook to a New Computer

Step 1: Select the backup option from the main window.

Step 2: Choose advanced backup or smart backup options. (Smart backup will enable you to take backup of whole outlook including all attributes. If you choose advanced backup option, there you can select which attributes that you need to migrate from the computer to the new one. If you want to move the outlook completely, then choose the smart backup option.)

Step 3: Once you select the smart backup option, the backup process will start and it will shows the list of attributes that has been backed up from your outlook after completing the process. Please click on finish button.
